Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your perfectwhitetee staples, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a store credit, or a refund to your original form of payment.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the items.
